What is the best way to reach you?

Since I am seeing clients throughout the day, it can be challenging to reach me by phone. E-mail generally yields a faster response. You are welcome to text or call 651-318-0001 at any time, but this is an app-related phone number that I only have access to during business hours. If you are facing a life threatening emergency, please call 911, or go immediately to your nearest emergency room.

Do you offer in-person or virtual  appointments?

Both! My office is located at 2855 Anthony Place S, St. Anthony, Minnesota. Telehealth sessions occur via Sessions Health. You will receive a link for our session automatically via email the day before your appointment.

Do you work with people of all ages?

I only see clients 18 and above.

Can you write a letter of support for gender affirmation surgery for me?

We are committed to providing gender affirming care for our patients, which may include writing WPATH letters to support gender affirming surgical procedures. However, we do not provide letters for unknown individuals exclusively seeking a letter of support.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible. I currently am in network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Health Partners

  • Medica

  • Optum

  • United Health Care

  • Medicare

  • Medical Assistance

Clients can choose not to involve insurance companies in their mental health care. Their therapy would not be limited by the diagnosis, treatment plan, or session limits set by health insurance companies. Should you opt for private pay, full session rates will apply.

What are your rates?

Current rates for services are as follows:

  • Initial Intake / Diagnostic Assessment: $200

  • EMDR (53-60 min): $195

  • Individual Therapy (53 + mins): $175

  • Individual Therapy (38-52min): $150

  • Individual Therapy (16-37min): $100

What if I need to cancel my session?

I understand that life happens! My policy is at least 24 hours notice to avoid owing the full session fee. You can cancel through the portal, via text/call, or email.
